POLITIKAT DHE KUSHTET E PЁRDORIMIT

Politikat për përodrimin e sistemit të tregtisë elektronike

Duke hyrë në faqen e internetit Dietal SHPK dhe duke porositur produktet/shërbime, ju jepni pëlqimin tuaj që të pranoni këto terma dhe politikat e përdorimit në përdorimin e sistemit elektronik.

Dietal SHPK rezervon të drejtën për të ndryshuar këto politika dhe kushte në çdo kohë dhe ndryshime të tilla do të publikohen në këtë faqe.

1. POLITIKA E MBROJTJES SË TË DHËNAVE PERSONALE TË PËRDORUESVE TË KARTELËS

Dietal SHPK do t’i shfrytëzojë të dhënat personale në përputhje me Ligjin për Mbrojtjen e të Dhënave Personale dhe rregulloret tjera relevante të Republikës së Kosovës. Nuk do t’i zbulohen të dhënat personale asnjë pale të tretë, përveç rasteve kur lejohet ose parashikohet me ligj, për të ushtruar të drejtat e tij ose për të mbrojtur interesat e tij ose për të respektuar urdhrat e gjykatës ose kërkesa të tjera ligjore ose rregulloreve.  Të dhënat personale konsiderohen si më poshtë: emri, mbiemri, nr. personal i identifikimit, adresa, adresa e postës elektronike, etj. Blerësi garanton saktësinë e të dhënave të futura. Dietal SHPK nuk mban asnjë përgjegjësi nëse të dhënat e dhëna janë të pasakta.

2. POLITIKA E TË DHËNAVE KONFIDENCIALE DHE INFOMARCIONIT

Dietal SHPK merr të gjitha masat e nevojshme për mbrojtjen e të dhënave personale për të parandaluar humbjen, vjedhjen dhe keqpërdorimin e tyre, si dhe qasjen, ndryshimin ose shkatërrimin e paautorizuar. Gjatë transaksionit Dietal SHPK nuk ka njohuri për numrin, datën, vlefshmërinë dhe kodin e sigurisë së kartelës suaj të pagesës dhe as nuk ka qasje në ndonjë informacion në lidhje me llogarinë tuaj bankare. Të dhënat futen në faqen e qendrës së përpunimit që përpunon transaksionet e pagesave online.

3. POLITIKA DHE KUSHTET E SHËRBIMIT TË PRODUKTEVE/ SHËRBIMEVE

Kjo politikë ka të bëjë me dorëzimin e produkteve të porositura online, ku produktet do të dorëzohen përmes UPS, Express Postës, dërgesa të shpejta në adresën e specifikuar në porosi.

Produktet dhe çmimet e tyre do të publikohen në këtë faqe interneti. Të gjitha çmimet janë me TVSH.

Produktet mund të paguhen me kartelë krediti/debiti.

Shpenzimet e postës i shtohen çmimit gjatë porosisë dhe janë pjesë e çmimit përfundimtar të produktit.

Dietal SHPK nuk mban përgjegjësi për procedurat doganore nëse produktet dërgohen jashtë Republikës së Kosovës.

Në rast se keni pyetje të mëtejshme në lidhje me mënyrën e porositjes dhe dorëzimit, mos nguroni të na kontaktoni drejtëpërdrejtë me telefon ose bëni pyetje në seksionin e kontaktit.

4. POLITIKA E RIMBURSIMIT TË TRANSAKSIONIT ME KARTELA

Dietal SHPK nuk do të kthejë fondet e asnjë blerësi, që do të thotë se çdo shitje do të jetë përfundimtare.

Policies on e-commerce system use

By accessing the website of Venustas DOO and by ordering products/services, you give your consent that you accept the terms of the present Policy on e-commerce system use.

Venustas DOO reserves the right to amend these policies and terms at any time and such amendments shall be published on this site.

 
1. CARD USERS’ PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION POLICY

Venustas DOO will use the personal data in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection and other relevant regulations of the Republic of Macedonia. It shall not disclose personal data to any third party, except where permitted or prescribed by law, in order to exercise its rights or to protect its interests or to comply with court orders or other legal or regulatory requirements. The following are considered to be personal data: name, surname, Personal ID No., address, e-mail address, etc. The buyer guarantees the accuracy of the data entered. Venustas DOO bears no responsibility if the provided data is incorrect.

2. CONFIDENTIAL DATA AND INFORMATION POLICY

Venustas DOO takes all necessary measures to protect personal data in order to prevent their loss, theft and misuse, as well as unauthorized access, alteration or destruction. During the transaction, Venustas DOO has no insight into the number, date, validity and security code of your payment card, nor has access to any information related to your bank account. The data is entered on the website of the processing centre that processes the on-line payment transactions.

3. PRODUCTS/SERVICES DELIVERY POLICY AND TERMS

The present Policy refers to the delivery of the products ordered online, whereby the products will be delivered via DHL, Makedonska Posta AD Skopje, Globko Logistic Skopje, Cargo Express, DelCo, Speedy Deliveries, to the address specified in the order.

The products and their prices will be published on this website. All prices are VAT inclusive.

The products can be paid by credit/debit card.

The postage costs are added to the price when ordering and are part of the final product price.

Venustas DOO assumes no responsibility for the customs procedures if the products are shipped outside the Republic of Macedonia.

4. CARD TRANSACTION REFUND POLICY

Venustas DOO shall not refund any buyer's funds, which means that every sale shall be final.
